Sinners gives Halloween Horror Nights 2026 a serious opening act
Club Juke is opening its doors at Halloween Horror Nights — and visitors may not want to stay until sunrise.
Universal has confirmed that Warner Bros. Pictures’ Sinners will become an all-new haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights 2026, appearing at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. The house opens with HHN Orlando on Friday, August 28, before arriving at Hollywood on Thursday, September 3.

The maze will take guests into Club Juke, the 1930s Mississippi Delta setting at the heart of Ryan Coogler’s supernatural horror film. Universal says visitors will encounter red-eyed vampires Remmick, Bert and Joan, alongside characters including Sammie, Mary, Annie, Pearline and Cornbread, as the night descends into a fight for survival.
For Halloween Horror Nights, this is a strong choice. The event has no shortage of haunted houses, and even a well-built maze can struggle to feel distinct in a line-up packed with fog, screams and familiar horror names. Sinners has the atmosphere, music and setting to cut through that noise, but Universal has not yet revealed the full 2026 maze line-up for either coast.
THE TT TAKE:
In an event packed with fog, screams and familiar horror names, Sinners has the ingredients to feel properly distinct. The film’s setting gives Universal more to work with than a standard vampire chase-through, and Club Juke could be one of the more atmospheric houses of the year if the music, tension and staging land properly. For HHN Orlando’s 35th year, this is a strong opening note — but now the rest of the line-up needs to sing.
