Energylandia has officially revealed Rokan, a spectacular new roller coaster that will become the tallest and longest wing coaster in Europe, adding yet another major thrill ride to the Polish park’s already formidable collection.
Manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M), Rokan will stand 62 metres tall, reach speeds of 115 km/h and feature 1,215 metres of track. The ride will last approximately 141 seconds, with three trains carrying 32 passengers each. It will also become the first wing coaster in Poland.

Unlike conventional roller coasters, wing coasters position riders on either side of the track, leaving nothing directly above or below them. Rokan’s substantial height, sweeping layout and extended ride duration promise an exhilarating addition to Energylandia’s line-up.
The coaster will form the centrepiece of Volana, an entirely new themed area inspired by the legend of an ancient winged guardian protecting a mysterious valley. Early concept artwork suggests rocky landscapes, waterfalls and detailed fantasy-inspired architecture, with Rokan weaving through its surroundings.
Polish media reports indicate that Rokan and Volana are planned to open in spring 2027, although Energylandia has yet to announce an official opening date. The park has confirmed that the new coaster and themed area will open together, with further details to follow.
The TT Take
Energylandia already has a rather impressive collection of record-breaking roller coasters, but Rokan looks like another serious statement of intent. The lengthy layout and wing coaster experience are exciting enough, but the real opportunity is Volana. If Energylandia can deliver the richly themed environment promised by the concept artwork, this could be something genuinely special. As for the rather questionable AI-style promotional trailer? Well, thankfully it’s the roller coaster we’ll be riding, not the marketing campaign.
