Tangled and Encanto lead the entertainment, while Frozen dining and imaginative drinks help give Disney’s next cruise ship a holiday identity of its own.

Disney Believe will combine stage shows, immersive dining and themed lounges when it begins sailing on 18th December 2027. Departing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, the ship will offer four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Caribbean, with general bookings opening on 19th October 2026.
Entertainment includes Disney Encanto, a new stage adaptation following Mirabel’s attempt to save her family and their home, alongside Tangled: The Musical, returning with redesigned sets and special effects. Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast will combine dinner with musical performances and appearances from Anna and Kristoff. A Moana inspired Grand Hall will form the ship’s centrepiece.

The food and drink reveal adds detail to three new lounges. Sea Notes, inspired by Ariel’s grotto, will pair a pearlescent piano with drinks including a Sea Salt Martini and a non-alcoholic Under the Seaweed, served in seashell-inspired glasses. Wishing Well will draw on Snow White, with The Peddler’s Disguise presented in a colour-changing glass. At the observatory-themed Skygazers, guests can order Moonshine or its non-alcoholic counterpart, Starshine, in sparkling vessels inspired by the night sky.

Meanwhile, Inside Out: Joyful Sweets will receive a new menu and sculptures featuring characters from Inside Out 2. Previewed treats include an Anxiety orange-almond cupcake, an Envy sour-apple cupcake and character-inspired chocolate spheres. These are early menu previews, with further ship details still to come.

The TT Take:
The appeal is being able to go from Tangled on stage to an Ariel-inspired piano lounge without spending the evening organising transport. For fans of Tangled, Encanto and a drink served with a little theatre, Believe makes a persuasive case for being the ship to choose. The strength is in how it all fits together: entertainment, dining and places to linger that make the ship itself a substantial part of the holiday.
